Job Summary

Oversees a portfolio of high-performing hotel, resort, and casino properties, supporting a combined guest workforce of 20,000+. Reports directly to the VP of the Hotel / Resort / Casino National Market. Responsible for operational excellence, compliance, strategic alignment, and growth across diverse and complex venues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across all assigned properties.

Serve as liaison between property-level management and Eurest leadership to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives.

Drive performance metrics, operational efficiencies, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, gaming regulations, and hospitality standards.

Support financial objectives, including revenue growth, cost control, and budget adherence.

Lead cross-functional teams to enhance guest experience, service quality, and employee engagement.

Facilitate collaboration across 24 / 7 casino operations and year-round hospitality services.

Implement best practices and standard operating procedures across properties.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Proven experience in multi-property hospitality or casino operations management.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large, diverse teams.

Financial acumen and experience in budget management, forecasting, and P&L oversight.

Strategic planning and operational execution capabilities.

In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and operational standards in hospitality and gaming.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and complex operational environment.
