Superintendent Large-Scale Data Center Construction

Location : Upper Midwest (Remote Sites) Employment Type : Full-Time

Project Overview : This multi-phase data center development includes several buildings, each approximately 1 million square feet, supporting 150 MW of capacity per phase. The total site potential exceeds 1 GW, with guaranteed work spanning 22.5 years, and possible extension to 57 years. Construction includes :

• Deep foundations (pipe pile and pile caps)
• Precast insulated wall panels and double-T roof systems
• Site work, including roads, ponds, and underground utilities
• Winter construction strategies, including temp walls and heat systems
• Coordination with multiple subcontractors and excavation teams

Role Overview : Lead field operations on a fast-paced, evolving data center project. You'll manage daily site activities, coordinate with trades, and ensure safety and schedule adherence in a high-performance environment.
