Corporate Real Estate And Facilities Team Responsibilities
Franklin Templeton's Corporate Real Estate and Facilities team designs and maintains inviting, state-of-the-art workspaces for nearly ten thousand employees worldwide. The department oversees all aspects of office environmentsincluding maintenance, renovations, and relocationsand supports both corporate functions and affiliate operations across multiple locations. Our work ensures that all facilities operate safely, sustainably, and efficiently.
Facilities Supervisor Responsibilities
As the Facilities Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility management, including monitoring, coordinating, and supervising the daily activities of staff and third-party contractors. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a welcoming, safe, and efficient environment for both employees and visitors. You will ensure optimal productivity while maintaining quality and service.
Ongoing Responsibilities Of A Facilities Supervisor
Supervise building services and vendor performance
Develop and implement facility policies and procedures
Lead and guide department staff
Coordinate employee relocations and furniture setups
Assist in budget planning and expense tracking
Oversee office maintenance, repairs, and renovations
Respond to related employee and management requests
Manage access control systems and security protocols
Conduct regular inspections and safety compliance checks
Support emergency response and safety training
Review vendor invoices and ensure billing accuracy
Monitor inventory and manage supply purchases
Drive continuous improvement and resolve escalated issues
Contribute to green initiatives and corporate projects
Ideal Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
4+ years in facility management or related field
FMA certification (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with vendor management and budgeting
Knowledge of building systems and safety protocols
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We expect the annual salary for this position to range between $83,000.00 - $98,000, depending on location and level of relevant experience, plus discretionary bonus.
