What You'll Do
Teach scheduled classes with high energy, clear instruction, and strong pacingProvide full workouts that include a warm-up, main class content, and cool-down / stretchCue proper form, offer modifications, and maintain safety for all fitness levelsArrive early to prep music, equipment, and spaceBuild participation by connecting with members before and after classKeep class rosters, report participation, and communicate regularly with leadershipMaintain the Retro Fitness brand and energy throughout all interactionsWhat You'll Need
Current CPR / AED certification (required)Group Fitness Certification from AFAA, ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent (required)1+ year of teaching experience preferredPositive attitude, team mindset, and strong communication skillsReliability and professionalism—your class needs to count on youAbility to lift / move small equipment (step platforms, dumbbells, etc.)Perks & Benefits
