Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Med Surg Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 17 / 2025 Duration : 15 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel Registered Nurse - Night Shift - Cross-Training Required Schedule This position requires availability for 3x12 night shifts, from 7pm to 7am, every other week, including holiday rotations and two on-call shifts per four weeks. Job Description The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in multiple units, including medical / surgical, intensive care unit (ICU), and emergency room (ER). The candidate must be comfortable floating between these units as needed. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients across various specialties. Utilize critical thinking skills to assess and respond to patient needs effectively. Ensure patient safety and adherence to best practices in all interactions and procedures. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in New York State. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required. ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required (must be obtained during clinical orientation). Basic Coronary Care certification required within six months of hire.
