Guardian has an immediate need for Part-Time Dining Room Servers to join our experienced and committed team at Windsor Square !

Windsor Square is a 95-unit Senior Independent Living Community in Marysville, WA.

The general purpose of this job is to ensure meals are served promptly, courteously, and in compliance with sanitation regulations in a clean and attractive dining room.

For this position, we are seeking a dynamic self-starter who enjoys working with others and excels in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will be friendly, communicative, and able to follow verbal and written instructions.

Compensation : $17 - $19.00 / hour

S igning Bonus : $200 after successfully completing 60 days of employment!

Schedule : 15 - 20 hours / week

Benefits : Benefits are dependent on the average number of hours worked per week. All employees have access to our Employee Assistance Program and will accrue 1 hour of WA State Paid Sick Time for every 30 hours worked. The following are also available based on average weekly hours worked : Employer-matched 401-K, 7 Paid Holidays + 1 Birthday Holiday.

Please Note : Guardian will reimburse, if applicable , for obtaining a Food Handler License upon successfully completing 30 days of employment.

Qualification Requirements :

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Must have valid food handler’s card.
• Maintains CPR and first aid certification as necessary to fulfill state or provincial regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English in a manner sufficient to carry out the duties of this position.
• Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner; both verbally and in writing.
• Able to complete company training requirements for this position within pre-determined deadlines and attend other training sessions as required.
