Position Overview

As a Sales Lead / Key Holder , you'll play a pivotal role in driving store performance and inspiring both customers and team members. You'll combine sales leadership with operational excellence—delivering outstanding service, overseeing daily store functions, and ensuring the Z Gallerie experience comes to life in every detail.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated retail professional with a passion for design, sales, and leadership to join our dynamic pop-up team in Dallas.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Experience

• Lead by example in delivering exceptional, personalized customer service and achieving sales goals.
• Build strong client relationships through consultative selling and in-home styling recommendations.
• Partner with the Store Manager to monitor daily sales metrics and motivate the team to achieve targets.
