Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound, outbound, and chat interactions with members and providers
Assist members and providers with healthcare benefits and options using web systems
Ensure high levels of member satisfaction by resolving issues and maintaining a positive approach
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center, customer service, or sales environment
Minimum 1 year of healthcare-related experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and navigating various software and systems
High school diploma or equivalent
