EY Private Tax is expanding its practice, and we want you to be a part of this growth! Our focus is on serving privately held companies, from family-owned businesses to private equity-backed firms. You will engage with a range of high-growth private companies, from start-ups to multi-billion-dollar enterprises. With impactful projects in tax planning and compliance, you'll be well-supported by experienced colleagues as you advance in your career.

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for U.S. partnerships, including foreign reporting requirements for cross-border tax compliance.
• Conduct tax research, draft tax memoranda, and assist in quantitative modeling for private client tax advisory services.
• Communicate significant tax matters to management effectively.
• Build relationships with colleagues across different service lines and develop rapport with clients.
• Deliver exceptional client service by understanding unique client needs.
• Clearly explain complex tax issues to clients and non-tax professionals.
• Keep technical knowledge current through continuous learning and best practices.
• Provide guidance and review work for junior staff members.
• Identify opportunities to enhance our services and processes.
