ABOUT THE Division
General description
The IT Operations Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security across critical systems. This role requires hands-on expertise in managing mainframe environments, large industrial printing systems, and Metasys building management systems to support enterprise-wide business functions. Key responsibilities include leading a team of IT professionals to monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot mainframe platforms, ensuring high availability and efficient processing of large-scale workloads. The lead manages the operation and support of large industrial printers, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to maintain hardware reliability and streamline print workflows. The Team Lead oversees the Metasys system-integral for managing HVAC, lighting, and other building automation processes-ensuring seamless integration with IT infrastructure and rapid response to any operational issues. The role demands strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving to drive continuous improvement in system performance and service delivery. Work Hours
Client Support is 24 X 7- 365 days' work environment. While some positions are between Monday- Friday 6 AM- 6 PM for a duration of an 8-hour shift and include on call responsibilities, other shifts could be on a 24-hour rotation; examples are of operational positions are 5 : 45 AM to 6 : 15 PM and Night Shift work hours are from 5 : 45 PM to 6 : 15 AM and include two weekdays off each week and a three-day weekend off every other week on a rotational basis. Position hours may change based on business need.

One (1) additional year of full-time work experience in computer systems support work and / or answering IT related calls may substitute for each year (30 semester hours) of required education with a maximum of 120 semester hours (four years).
