Job Title : Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Location : Georgetown, DE

MedAdventures is currently hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a skilled nursing facility in Georgetown, DE . This is a fantastic opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of residents while working within a supportive, interdisciplinary care team.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with nursing, rehab, and other interdisciplinary staff
  • Document patient progress in compliance with SNF and regulatory standards
  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and strategies

    • Qualifications :

  • Active Delaware SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous SNF or geriatric experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
