HRIS Manager
This role is a hybrid role where the expectation is to be in the office a minimum of four days a week and can be located at one of our corporate sites (Richardson TX, Greensboro NC, Hillsboro OR). What You Will Do
Leveraging your proven success in managing HRIS systems and people, you will :
- Lead the management and optimization of SuccessFactors, including process improvements from conception through realization
- Act as a liaison and translator between the business needs and HR technology solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify system requirements, evaluate, identify and recommend appropriate solutions, and ensure the process meets the needs of the organization
- Develop and maintain systems documentation, including business processes, procedures and training materials
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of HRIS professionals, including setting goals, providing feedback and ensuring high quality work
- Strong follow-through, ability to drive to closure and resolution of complex system issues
- Proactively communicate and challenge processes and technologies to enable business partner strategies, remove barriers, and promote faster solution delivery
- Serve as point of escalation for system issues and questions across all HR systems and modules
- Lead bi-annual new release testing and implementation of enhancements / upgrades
- Ensure data integrity in all HR systems and integration files and conduct periodic regular audits to ensure data quality on a global basis
- Lead development, configurations, and implementations in SuccessFactors
- Partner closely with support functions to ensure all initiatives and requirements are well understood
- Accountable for HRIS security, data integrity, conducting regular audits of HR data, and conduct appropriate system testing of system changes
- Participate in HR strategic, tactical and operational meetings, offering creative technological support and solutions to business challenges
Required Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, related field or an equivalent amount of experience8+ years of progressive HRIS experience, including 2+ years in a Management or Supervisor roleExperience administrating SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Compensation, Performance, Recruit, Learn)Strong communication skills clear, concise, and effective across all organizational levelsIntermediate Microsoft Excel skills (V-Look Ups, X-Look Ups, Pivot Tables, etc.)Proven ability to influence, coach, and collaborate effectivelyProactive problem-solver with strong ownership and follow-throughSkilled in multitasking and prioritizing in fast-paced environmentsMaintains confidentiality and integrity with sensitive informationSelf-sufficient in researching issues using vendor documentation and training resourcesCommitted to continuous improvement and lean principlesAdaptable to change and quick to learn new systems and processesThis position is not eligible for visa sponsorship by the Company.
