Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and support production by ensuring equipment reliability and uptime.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and document preventive maintenance (PMs) thoroughly.
- Create follow-up work orders (PM4s) for any issues found during PMs.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Use and follow Work Instruction Sheets (WIS); create or update when needed.
- Complete work orders with detailed notes, part usage, and time tracking.
- Research and pull parts from Stores; identify and report missing parts.
- Verify line operation after repairs or PMs.
- Write RPS documentation for breakdowns.
- Maintain shop 5S and follow all safety guidelines.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; trade school certificate preferred.Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and automation systems.Basic computer / data entry skills.Ability to lift 40 lbs and work in temperatures from 40 110 F.Working Conditions
Indoor manufacturing environment.Required PPE : safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toe shoes.Occasional work at heights up to 35 ft.Must be able to work any shift or assigned schedule.
