Job Summary :

The Pilot Plant Operator is responsible for manufacturing pilot-scale batches according to batch instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting all areas of production including weighing, blending, filling, packaging, and cleaning. The role may also involve assisting in the laboratory on lab equipment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manufacture pilot-scale batches following batch instructions and SOPs.
• Maintain detailed documentation for each batch produced.
• Accurately weigh ingredients for Pilot Plant samples.
• Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and test runs for various vial sizes and packaging formats.
• Perform operations across production areas : weighing, blending, filling, packaging, and cleaning.
• Blend products according to batch records and SOPs.
• Clean equipment and rooms to specifications.
• Assist or independently operate laboratory equipment as needed.

Required Skills :

Education :

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
