You will perform a variety of essential functions, including cleaning, transplanting, trellising, defoliating, pruning, harvesting, and irrigation management. Collaborating closely with the Cultivation Supervisor, you will ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with company and state regulations.

You will maintain detailed logs on key performance indicators, track plant health, and report any issues related to pests or diseases. Additionally, your responsibility includes enforcing sanitization protocols, conducting room checks, and assisting with inventory audits.
