Associate Ecommerce Content Specialist

General Summary

The Associate Ecommerce Content Specialist will be responsible for content execution on dsw.com. The Associate Ecommerce Content Specialist will keep the information and images displayed on the site fresh, informative, and appealing for customers. The Associate Ecommerce Content Specialist will assist in implementing new content functionalities by partnering with DSW's technical and digital experience teams.

Manager, Site Content

Responsibilities

Execute site content in content management system.

Own setup and upkeep of : Homepage, Brand experiences and collections, Marketing pages, Offer details pages, Account Pages.

Responsible for setup, QA and UAT of new and updated site content developments for sprints and large projects.

Maintain a high standard of quality to create the best customer experience.

Ensure content throughout dotcom is up-to-date, within standards and guidelines, and consistent throughout all platforms.

Assist with submitting project briefs as necessary.

Ensure promotional content on site is well managed from implementation to execution.

Support top brands, partnerships and inline content throughout site during key moments.

Assist in routing process; validating and reviewing creative mock ups as necessary.

Understand marketing strategies in addition to overall digital business strategy.

Understand performance of content through weekly reporting and analysis.

Requirements / Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills required.

Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

Experience in tools (not required, but a plus).

Experience with ATG / Endeca or comparable web content platforms.

Experience with Adobe creative suite.

Dedicated work ethic and punctuality.

Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment while delivering quality results and meeting deadlines.

Strong retail business acumen.

Aptitude to generate new ideas with recommended implementation solutions.

Extreme attention to detail and highly organized.

Strong reasoning skills and an aptitude for problem solving.

Proven ability to interact & collaborate across multiple disciplines in order to accomplish a common goal.

Ability to exercise independent discretion and make decisions in a time sensitive environment with minimal or no supervision.

Some weekends may require attention for execution.

Education

• Bachelor's degree

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in Digital Platforms
