Responsibilities :

  • Manage and track orders to ensure the timely shipment of materials
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal departments and customers regarding order status and any issues with delivery, backorder, etc.

  • Assist in developing and maintaining policies and procedures.
  • Interfaces with Asia Order Fulfillment team and assist on urgent issues in US time zone.
  • Attend weekly meetings with customer.
  • Cross train on different projects.
  • Requirements :

  • 1+years of relevant experience; BS / BA preferred.
  • Ability to interface with internal / external customers with professionalism.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good computer skills; Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Must be highly organized, self-motivated and able to multi-task.
