Assistant Manager

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and team performance.
  • Daily kitchen and bar line checks
  • Assist Chef with kitchen operations
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to achieve operational excellence.
  • Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
