Brand Marketing Account Executive
Scenic Group is seeking a Brand Marketing Account Executive to join our team at our corporate headquarters in Hollywood, FL.
The Opportunity:
The Brand Marketing Account Executive will report directly to the Brand Marketing Manager and will serve as the lead in implementing, trafficking, and reporting on consumer and brand marketing initiatives. A key member of the brand marketing team, this individual will support Emerald Cruises & Tours and will drive the team's productivity via all marketing channels including print, digital, social, partnership and trade marketing by collaborating with internal design, sales, and product teams in the U.S. and globally, as well as working with third party vendors and distribution partners.
Position Responsibilities:
Brand & Campaign Marketing
- Execute brand marketing initiatives aligned with company positioning and luxury standards across all consumer- and trade-facing channels.
- Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, digital, social, web, and traditional media.
- Brief, manage, and develop creative assets in collaboration with internal teams and external agency partners, ensuring accuracy, quality, brand consistency, and within budget parameters.
- Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency across all consumer- and trade-facing materials.
Cruise & Product Marketing
- Support marketing efforts for ocean and river cruise products, including hosted and theme sailings and limited-inventory, date-driven offerings.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure marketing accurately reflects onboard programming, guest experience, and operational realities.
Campaign & Project Management
- Create multi-channel campaign briefs, communication plans, and production schedules into on-time, on-budget execution that meets business objectives.
- Manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously while coordinating deliverables across internal departments and external partners.
- Track campaign performance and support reporting initiatives to identify insights, optimizations, and performance gaps.
- Attend weekly review meeting with Marketing Services team; summarize and take necessary actions toward project completion.
- Partner closely with sales teams to support booking-driven initiatives and revenue-focused marketing objectives.
Brand & Collaboration
- Collaborate with global brand marketing teams to incorporate the U.S. consumer perspective into brand initiatives and product development.
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all programs, channels, and deliverables.
- Communicate campaigns and offers to call centers and Regional Sales teams through structured email updates and recurring alignment meetings.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- 1-3+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or agency environments.
- Travel, cruise, or luxury hospitality marketing experience preferred.
- Proven experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Eager to be a part of a fast-growing company.
- 3+ years of relevant experience with exposure to brand marketing, advertising, or digital marketing. Travel and Cruise experience a plus.
- Strong content writing/editing skills. Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelors Degree in marketing/business, communications, or similar.
- Flexibility and energy to thrive on a small team in a growing business.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Asana and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of mass email services and website CMS platforms is helpful, but not necessary.
- Ability to grasp new topics quickly and communicate professionally with stakeholders & senior leadership.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize work autonomously.
- Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to take responsibility and consistently exceed objectives.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and adaptable to a changing environment.
- Passion for the travel industry and luxury segment.
