Affinity Home Care is a boutique concierge agency providing in-home care services throughout NYC and Long Island. We are urgently hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for cases in [Suffolk / Nassau / Hampton].

Duties and Responsibilities :

• The Registered Nurse (RN) provides in-home skilled nursing care, including clinical assessments and care plan development.
• The RN monitors patient progress, administers medications, and provides wound care.
• The Registered Nurse communicates with doctors and other members of the care team.
• The RN position ensures compliance with New York state nursing standards and regulations.
