Welder Hours :
- 7am- 3 : 30pm Monday- Friday possible overtime
Welder Position Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and safety-oriented Welder / Fabricator with experience in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes. The ideal candidate will be capable of producing high-quality welds on various metals (including stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum) and working on projects that may require X-ray-quality welds and precision fabrication.
Welder Key Responsibilities :
Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on a variety of materials and thicknesses according to specifications and blueprints.Fabricate and assemble metal components using cutting, fitting, and welding techniques.Conduct welds that meet or exceed X-ray inspection and NDT (non-destructive testing) standards.Inspect finished welds for quality and conformance to specifications.Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols accurately.Maintain welding equipment and ensure safe operation at all times.Assist with layout, fitting, and fabrication work as needed.Adhere to all company safety, quality, and production procedures.Welder Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.Ability to pass weld tests including X-ray or NDT-certified welds.Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and welding symbols.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.Must have experience with stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum.AWS certification(s) preferred (or ability to become certified).Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions and environments.Welder Preferred Skills :
Familiarity with ASME Section IX or API welding codes.Experience in fabrication for piping, structural, or pressure vessel applications.Basic mechanical or fitting experience.Understanding of welding safety procedures and PPE use.Compensation & BenefitsKey Personnel Benefits
