Welder Hours:
  • 7am- 3:30pm Monday- Friday possible overtime
Welder Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and safety-oriented Welder/Fabricator with experience in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes. The ideal candidate will be capable of producing high-quality welds on various metals (including stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum) and working on projects that may require X-ray-quality welds and precision fabrication.

Welder Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on a variety of materials and thicknesses according to specifications and blueprints.
  • Fabricate and assemble metal components using cutting, fitting, and welding techniques.
  • Conduct welds that meet or exceed X-ray inspection and NDT (non-destructive testing) standards.
  • Inspect finished welds for quality and conformance to specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols accurately.
  • Maintain welding equipment and ensure safe operation at all times.
  • Assist with layout, fitting, and fabrication work as needed.
  • Adhere to all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
Welder Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
  • Ability to pass weld tests including X-ray or NDT-certified welds.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and welding symbols.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
  • Must have experience with stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum.
  • AWS certification(s) preferred (or ability to become certified).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions and environments.
Welder Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with ASME Section IX or API welding codes.
  • Experience in fabrication for piping, structural, or pressure vessel applications.
  • Basic mechanical or fitting experience.
  • Understanding of welding safety procedures and PPE use.
