REQUIRED SKILLS

• 10 15 years of experience in program / project management with a focus on Finance and ERP implementations.
• Proven track record managing large-scale ERP programs ( Oracle preferred SAP acceptable).
• Strong understanding of finance operations (AP AR Atoning); FP&A experience not required.
• Experience managing multi-year multi-million-dollar programs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external vendors / consultants.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of change management principles and ability to drive adoption.
• Must have experience in medical device and regulated environments.
