Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist with ARRT (MRI) certification and a minimum of 2 years in the specialty.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Position is in a radiology department focusing on magnetic resonance imaging
  • Day shift, 10-hour shifts with varied start times between 8 : 00 AM and 6 : 30 PM
  • 13-week contract assignment
  • No on-call requirement
  • Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are not eligible
  • Must be able to work at least 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve) during the assignment
  • Candidates who have previously been permanent staff at this facility must have a 2-year break before returning as a traveler
  • Requests for time off must be submitted up front and cannot be changed after the offer
  • References will be needed for the compliance process
  • All credentialing must be complete prior to assignment start

  • Minimum of 2 years of MRI technologist experience required
  • Current BLS certification required
  • ARRT (MRI) certification required
  • License required if applicable
