Nurse Practitioner NP

RiteMed is seeking a dedicated and clinically confident Nurse Practitioner to provide full-time medical care at Mountain Laurel Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. This role offers autonomy, stability, and the support of a provider group that specializes exclusively in NPs and physicians serving post-acute and long-term care residents.

Position Details

Full-time NP position

On-site role at Mountain Laurel Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center

Consistent schedule with strong facility and RiteMed support

Work closely with an experienced interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

Active NP license in Pennsylvania

6 months of NP experience is acceptable — especially strong if coming from ICU, ED, hospitalist, or other high-acuity settings

Solid assessment and critical-thinking abilities

Comfortable managing medically complex post-acute patients

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive medical management for post-acute and long-term care residents

Conduct assessments, manage acute issues, and oversee chronic conditions

Document all visits clearly and efficiently through RiteMed systems

Collaborate with nursing, therapy, social services, and administration

Serve as a key clinical presence within the building
