Position Overview

C3 Wellness – Raleigh Stanhope is seeking a motivated and experienced Med Spa Nurse &

Cosmetic Injector to join our growing, physician-led wellness team. This role focuses on

delivering elevated aesthetic and wellness services through personalized consultations,

advanced injectable treatments, and customized care plans. The ideal candidate brings strong

clinical skills, a polished guest presence, and a passion for helping clients achieve natural,

confidence-boosting results.

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct comprehensive guest consultations to assess aesthetic goals and treatment

needs

● Perform cosmetic injectable treatments and other advanced med spa services in

accordance with scope of practice

● Customize treatment plans and wellness programs tailored to each guest

● Utilize analysis tools to assess skin conditions and identify concerns

● Recommend appropriate treatments and at-home care products

● Capture and maintain before-and-after photos to document treatment outcomes

● Ensure all consent forms and documentation are completed and entered into the EMR

system

● Maintain accurate, confidential treatment records and track guest progress

● Collaborate with the Med Spa Director and multidisciplinary team to deliver a seamless

guest experience

● Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, sanitation, and safety

● Build strong guest relationships to support retention and long-term care plans

● Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals

● Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development

● Adhere to all county, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA and HIPAA

compliance

● Refer guests to other C3 Wellness providers as appropriate

Qualifications

● Active nursing license or equivalent medical credential within scope of cosmetic injection

practice

● Experience performing cosmetic injectables and med spa treatments

● Strong knowledge of skin health, aesthetics, and wellness services

● Confidence in recommending treatment plans and home care products

● Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation

● Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

● Professional, polished appearance with a guest-focused mindset

● Sales, guest relations, or customer service experience preferred

● Strong attention to detail and follow-through
