A company is looking for a Mortgage Processor to manage loan pipelines and ensure efficient loan processing.
Key Responsibilities
Review loan submissions for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all documentation is received
Communicate proactively with borrowers, loan officers, and contractors to gather necessary information and resolve issues
Prepare files for underwriting by verifying financial documentation and managing timelines effectively
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of mortgage processing experience
Strong knowledge of Agency, Non-QM, FHA, VA, and renovation loan products and guidelines
Familiarity with loan origination systems
Proven ability to manage multiple files simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
Positive attitude and desire to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
