As a Mortgage Loan Officer within PNCs Mortgage organization, you will be based in Greater St. Louis, MO area. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Job Description

Manages home lending production for an inside sales team of home lending center sales managers and support staff aligned with established home lending strategy in accordance with enterprise core values. Responsible for the business integrity of their defined area. Manages and coordinates the production activities of the sales force through the leadership and influence of a team of home lending center sales managers. Collaborates and tactically implements talent and staffing strategies in support of strategic initiatives. Grows, retains, and develops an effective production leadership team. Responsible for partnering with cross-functional business unit leaders to support the production of the business platform. Drives productivity through sales initiatives and leveraging marketing collateral. Maximizes portfolio retention opportunities and enterprise share of wallet through lead distribution and lead management strategies. Manages activities to align with customer experience expectations.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
