Position Type : Part Time Pay Rate : $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule : Day Time Sat09 : 00 AM - 09 : 00 PM Sun09 : 00 AM - 09 : 00 PM What You'll Do : Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding to emergencies when appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business environment and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity. Observe and report any irregularities or incidents that may occur within the location, including those involving personnel and / or property. Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site management to address security-related situations according to established protocols. Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with questions or directions as needed while maintaining a professional presence at all times. Remain alert and attentive during assigned shifts, adapting to changing conditions within the tech, media, or telecom environment. What We're Looking For : Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements : Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
