Summary :

Patient Service Specialist - New Patients

Location : MaineHealth Cardiology, 96 Campus Drive, Scarborough

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (Consistent schedule)

Remote Flexibility : Yes, after completion of in-office training

Join a supportive and collaborative team of eight as a Patient Service Specialist (PSS) . This role requires a minimum of 6 months of medical clerical experience. The team is dedicated to helping each other succeed in a positive and team-focused environment.

The Patient Service Specialist role ensures patient scheduling and referral needs are met while assisting in the general administrative and patient service needs of the practice.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education : High school diploma or GED preferred.
• License / Certifications : N / A
• Experience : Six months of medical office experience required.
• Additional Skills / Requirements Required : N / A
• Additional Skills / Requirements Preferred : Proficient computer skills.
