• Experience in an automotive or powersports dealership and / or repair shop setting is a plus, but not necessary.
• Must have the ability to be insured.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Honest, with a commitment to integrity and transparency.
• Strong process-driven mindset to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Excellent communication skillsboth verbal and written.
• Client-first approachputting the needs of our customers above all.
