Application Programmer - NET / C# (Hybrid)

SYSCOM’s client is seeking a .NET / C# Programmer to add functionality to an existing application. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-visibility project within a collaborative, Agile team environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing and maintaining critical systems while ensuring performance, accessibility, and long-term reliability.

Job duties and responsibilities of the Application Developer will include but are not limited to the following :

• Collaborate with internal team in planning, development, testing and deployment of Production applications.
• Perform .NET application development on internal applications.
• Perform functional, unit and application testing of previously mentioned application.
• Use Digital Accessibility design, following WCAG 2.1 standards.
• Engage in regular communication, at least weekly, concerning work performance and provide documentation regarding the work performed on the operational project.
• Duties are expected to be assigned and executed in 3-week sprints. Sprints may cross months, and specific user stories will define which features are assigned for each sprint.

Work Location : This is a hybrid position based in St. Paul, Minnesota, 55155. The role requires regular onsite work at the St. Paul location, with the option to work remotely.

Core work hours : Monday through Friday, 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm

Duration : Contract will have an expected duration of 6-8 months with the possibility of renewal.
