Senior Program Manager - Partner Marketing

As the Senior Partner Marketing Program Manager for Sage's Partner Micro-vertical Program in North America, you'll be at the heart of driving partner growth and industry impact in micro-vertical markets. You'll lead the full lifecycle of partner participation - from onboarding, to guiding partners through program milestones including supporting their access to MDF funding and measuring their success. You'll collaborate with Partner Marketing Managers and across teams to deliver innovative, high-impact campaigns that expand market reach and accelerate partner success. Your work will shape program strategy, evolve administration, and amplify communications and internal awareness, ensuring measurable results and continuous improvement. This is a critical role for our partners' success, offering the opportunity to make a real difference in their growth and market leadership.

Location : Hybrid 3 days per week from our Atlanta, US office (Ponce City Market).

Minimum Qualifications :

• 4 years experience in partner or growth marketing and program management, ideally with Reseller Partners in the software / tech
• Experienced in researching and interpreting industry trends to create marketing messages and content
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and projects.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience negotiating and managing vendor relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias for action.
