Senior Fund Accountant (Real Estate Private Equity)

Our team is working with a leading real estate private equity fund headquartered in West Palm Beach, FL, looking to hire a Senior Fund Accountant to their growing team. In this role, the Senior Fund Accountant will manage daily accounting for multiple real estate private equity funds, oversee investor compliance, and contribute to financial reporting.

This is a full-time position (4 days in the office & 1 day remote) offering up to $120K base salary, bonus, and strong benefits.

Responsibilities :

• Review and reconcile daily bank activity.
• Monitor cash balances and perform weekly / monthly reconciliations.
• Oversee loan compliance for fund credit lines.
• Manage quarterly closes, prepare journal entries, and compile financial statements.
• Prepare investor communications, including capital statements, letters, distributions, and capital calls.
• Calculate management fees, preferred returns, promotes, and carried interest waterfalls.
• Maintain investor databases and fulfill investor requests.
• Assist with financial analysis, system implementations, and special projects.
