The Quality Assurance Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the production of high-quality Audio Visual products by conducting comprehensive testing at the end of the production line. Here's what you’ll get to do :

• Product Testing : Conduct thorough and systematic testing of audiovisual products at the end of the production line to verify their performance, functionality, and compliance with established quality standards.
• Validating and updating / loading current software / firmware : as needed for production units prior to shipping.
• Defect Identification : Carefully inspect and identify any defects, malfunctions, or inconsistencies in audiovisual products during the testing process. Document and report all findings promptly.
• Test Plan Development : Create detailed test plans and test cases that cover all aspects of audiovisual product functionality. Design test scenarios to simulate real-world usage and edge cases.
• Reporting and Documentation : Compile comprehensive test reports that outline the testing procedures, results, and recommendations for improvement. Maintain accurate records and documentation of testing processes.
• Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product designers, engineers, and production staff, to address quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Troubleshooting : Assist in troubleshooting issues that arise during the testing process and provide technical support to resolve any challenges.
• Continuous Improvement : Contribute to the enhancement of testing processes, methodologies, and tools to improve overall product quality and testing efficiency.

Quality Audits : Participate in internal and external quality audits to assess compliance with quality management systems and industry standards.
