Join Our Team as a Lobby Host at Citizens First Bank!

Are you a people person with a passion for joyful customer service?

Citizens First Bank is seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Lobby Host at our Colony Branch! As a Lobby Host, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Lobby Host Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist customers with their banking needs, whether it's opening an account, making a deposit, or simply asking a question.
• Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate department or representative.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, ensuring a positive and professional environment.
• Promote bank products and services, offering solutions tailored to our customers' needs.
• Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service and achieve branch goals.

This is a shared position. This position works one week on and one week off.
