We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join the Factor Bikes team in Boulder, Colorado . In this role, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate picking, fulfillment, and shipping of orders.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to identify solutions and drive process improvements. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a high-performance team in the cycling industry and contribute to a growing, dynamic organization.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Accurately pick, fulfill, and ship customer orders.
• Assist in inventory management and warehouse organization.
• Assist in the receiving and storing of incoming shipments.
• Collaborate with sales teams to allocate inventory.
