Behavioral Health Care Advocate - Utilization Management

Primary Responsibilities :

• Manage initial inpatient admission requests for psychiatric and substance use disorder patients.
• Conduct patient assessments to determine suitable levels of care.
• Administer benefits, evaluate treatment plans, and facilitate transitions across various care settings.
• Gather information from providers regarding outpatient treatment requests.
• Perform concurrent reviews for patients admitted to inpatient, residential treatment centers, partial hospitalization programs, and intensive outpatient programs until discharge.

Compensation is based on various factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including recognition programs, stock purchase options, and 401k contributions (all benefits are subject to eligibility). The annual salary for this position ranges from $58,800 to $105,000 based on full-time employment.
