Processing purchase orders, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies using our OneSRM and Cumulus systems, or any other purchasing platforms.
Development of purchasing standards according to regional / global standards and guidelines for real estate transactions, including external lease contracts, contracts with service providers and / or technical and construction projects.
Coordinates and controls various transaction activities on a regional level.
You ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures, including maintaining procurement workflows and approval processes.
You maintain vendor master data in procurement systems; supporting vendor onboarding and registration processes.
You have good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) and serve as a power-user for Cumulus, OneSRM or any other procurement platforms, including support of system upgrades, testing, and user training.
You able to dynamically engage various workstreams and you show team orientation, communication skills and customer orientation.
You are able to support internal and external audits of procurement activities.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
Bachelors degree in, or equivalent experience required.
Minimum of 2-5 years, finance related experience preferred; including experience in real estate related matters.
