We are seeking a collaborative and results-driven Content & Social Manager to help bring our web content, social media, and B2B influencer strategies to life across our two commercial B2B brands. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role will partner closely with both digital and brand marketing teams to ensure that strategies are aligned and executed with measurable impact.

The Content & Social Manager will be responsible for translating joint strategies into action, overseeing content production, managing day-to-day social media activity, and activating influencer programs. Success in this role will depend on working in concert with brand marketers by combining strong brand positioning with digital execution, optimization, and performance reporting. This role focuses on carrying strategies through to execution, ensuring they are managed effectively, measured rigorously, and optimized for results.

Responsibilities

Web Content Strategy

• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager on global web content strategy and execute plans that align with business goals and drives traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Partner with brand marketing teams to ensure web content is consistent, optimized, and brand appropriate.
• Work with our international SBUs to offer localization support as needed.
• Manage ongoing updates to website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and SEO best practices.
• Track performance metrics and continuously optimize to improve website effectiveness.
