You will partner with project teams to ensure sourcing activities support project goals, timelines, and budgets while maintaining high quality and cost efficiency. This role requires strong negotiation skills, supplier management expertise, and the ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies that drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with construction project goals.
• Partner with project managers, contractors, and vendors to forecast and fulfill sourcing needs.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers and contractors.
• Review and manage contracts to ensure compliance with corporate policies.
• Collaborate with finance to maintain sourcing within project budgets.
• Analyze market trends, pricing, and supply chain dynamics to adjust sourcing strategies.
