Job Description

The Financial Analyst is an integral member of the Finance Team at Spanx. As part of a lean, high-impact team, you'll have meaningful ownership across expense management, consolidated reporting, and cross-functional financial support. You will partner with teams including Technology, Brand, Human Resources, Sales, and other business leaders to track expenses and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency. A self-starter with strong financial and accounting acumen, our Financial Analyst will independently consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources to support the quarterly budgeting process and deliver actionable insights to leadership.

This role is based in our Atlanta headquarters, requires weekly in-office work Tuesday-Thursday, and reports to our Senior Manager, Finance.

• Own high-visibility reporting for internal and external stakeholders
• Partner cross-functionally to create and manage budgets across business departments
• Build dynamic models and processes to generate efficiencies in cash management, reporting, and forecasting
• Deliver monthly presentations on variance analysis for business leads and executives
• Monitor and analyze key financial metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Support strategic decision-making by preparing ad hoc analyses and scenario planning
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure timely and accurate month-end close activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing reporting tools and workflows
• Act as a trusted thought partner to business leaders, helping drive operational and financial performance
