Hospital Inpatient Pharmacist Full-Time | Direct Hire Opportunity

Location : Northwest Colorado | Relocation Assistance Available

RPh on the Go is actively recruiting for a dedicated Inpatient Pharmacist to join a strong, cohesive pharmacy team at a 25-bed critical access hospital located in Northwest Colorado. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-focused environment where your contributions truly matter.

Position Details :

Schedule : Monday through Friday

Hours : 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM (40 hours per week)

On-Call : Every other weekend

Setting : Inpatient hospital and infusion center

Key Responsibilities :

Handle day-to-day operations within the pharmacy department

Prepare and dispense IV medications, including chemotherapy

Perform routine medication safety checks

Participate in clinical rounding with the healthcare team

Accurately process and enter physician orders

Requirements :

Active Colorado Pharmacist License (required)

Minimum of 1 year of inpatient hospital experience

Familiarity with Epic electronic health record system (preferred)

Current BLS certification

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting

1 Director of Pharmacy
