Human Resources Specialist

Function :

• The Human Resources (HR) Specialist supports RE’s human resources operations by executing core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HRIS management.
• This position is a resource for employees and managers, ensuring HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and aligned with organizational goals.
• The HR Specialist collaborates across departments to foster a positive work environment, promote employee engagement, and support strategic HR initiatives.
