Security Officer - Commercial Patrol Full-Time

As a Security Officer - Commercial Patrol Full-Time in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a vibrant commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible and approachable. Mon 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Fri 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Sat 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Sun 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding appropriately to emergency situations when needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Monitor the premises for unusual or suspicious activity and report findings according to site protocols.
  • Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and / or observations as required by site procedures.
  • Assist with access control by verifying credentials of individuals entering or exiting the property.
  • Support emergency response activities by following established protocols and cooperating with onsite staff and first responders.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
