Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and manage check-in / check-out processSchedule appointments and manage provider calendarsAnswer phone calls and respond to patient inquiriesVerify insurance and collect co-pays / paymentsMaintain patient records with confidentiality and accuracyAssist with administrative duties (scanning, faxing, filing)Coordinate referrals and prior authorizations (if applicable)Support providers and staff with daily clinic operationsQualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required)Prior experience in a medical office setting preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBilingual [English / Chinese / Spanish / Vietnamese / etc.] a plusProficiency with EMR systems (will train) and Microsoft OfficeAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentProfessional, reliable, and compassionate attitudeBenefits
