Store Manager

Looking for an energetic, goal-oriented individual to help create positive experiences for our employees and customers. Fast-paced, fun work environment with monthly bonus opportunities. A DAY IN THE LIFE

The Store Manager is responsible for directing an efficient workflow and overseeing a variety of store operations duties. This position will serve as a role model for all Store Supervisor and Barista responsibilities. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with prior management experience. You will also be working with the Store Supervisor and Shift Leaders to ensure that baristas are properly trained, the store is fully staffed at appropriate times, and inventory, deposits, and orders are on track!

Bonuses are earned by reaching pre-determined qualifiers and sales / speed goals. PTO is earned weekly from start date, and is available to use starting at 90 days. This is an hourly position.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Workdays are Monday-Sunday and holidays. Weekends are required. We are closed Christmas Day and close early on Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve.
