Surface Grinder Operator

Our client is seeking a Surface Grinder Operator . This is a manual machine that you will setup and operate. Must have knowledge of micrometers, calipers and ability to read basic blueprints. This is a Furst-to-Hire opportunity to join a small shop with a friendly atmosphere. Experience on a grinder is preferred, but they will train someone with basic machining skills.

Pay : $17.50 / hour

Hours : M-F 7am to 3 : 30pm

Surface Grinder Requirements :

• Ability to run a manual centerless grinder machine
• Willingness to learn on the job
• Knowledge of mics, calipers and basic blueprints
• Grinding experience preferred, but will train someone who has operated other machinery
• Inspection of parts
