Oracle Financials Consultant / Developer (Mid-Level)

Contract-to-Hire | 6 Months

Fully Remote (Must Work Arizona Hours)

Job Summary

We are seeking a mid-level Oracle Financials Consultant / Developer to join a highly collaborative enterprise environment supporting complex financial systems. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity offering 100% remote work (aligned to Arizona business hours) and exposure to modern technologies alongside mission-critical financial platforms.

The ideal candidate brings a balanced mix of functional and technical Oracle Financials experience, strong hands-on development skills, and a genuine interest in innovation, AI-enabled solutions, and cloud technologies. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact while continuing to grow technically and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Financials & Functional Support

Support and enhance Oracle Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Internet Expenses, and iProcurement

Analyze business and financial requirements to deliver effective functional and technical solutions

Provide support for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial processes

Partner with business stakeholders to ensure system solutions align with financial operations

Technical Development

Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Forms and Reports

Build and customize reports using BI Publisher (XML Publisher)

Develop and optimize PL / SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers

Create interfaces, data conversions, and system enhancements using standard Oracle tools

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a focus on stability and performance

Full Stack & Integration

Support integrations between Oracle Financials and external applications

Work with REST / SOAP APIs and web services

Assist with UI or web-based enhancements when applicable

AI & Innovation

Participate in automation efforts, intelligent reporting, and data-driven improvements

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices

Cloud & AWS (Nice to Have)

Assist with deployments or integrations involving AWS cloud services

Work with components such as EC2, S3, ECS, EKS, and Lambda

Support cloud-based modernization or migration initiatives

Required Qualifications

4–7 years of experience working with Oracle Financials modules

Strong functional understanding of financial processes and Oracle Financials

Hands-on experience with :

Oracle Forms & Reports

BI Publisher

PL / SQL development

Experience operating in both functional and technical capacities

Basic to intermediate full stack development knowledge

Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AWS cloud services

Exposure to AI / ML, automation, or analytics tools

Experience integrating Oracle Financials with third-party systems

Knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 and / or Fusion Financials
