Responsibilities and Duties
Manage surgical cases and provide care in a NICUDeliver advanced neonatal care alongside two NNP teams and a resident fellow teamCare for neonatal patientsParticipate in team-based careHandle critical care responsibilities, including neonatal resuscitation and pediatric advanced life supportCollaborate with other nurse practitioners, residents, and fellows to ensure quality patient outcomesMaintain thorough documentation and adhere to clinical protocolsAdditional Information
At least 3 years of NICU experience requiredMust hold Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) board certificationNeonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications requiredMust be licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in Tennessee or hold an eligible licenseBenefits
