Day in the life
When your shift begins at 6 : 50 p.m., you’ll start with safety checks and a quick review of production goals. From there, you’ll run the glass production line, moving between pre- and post-process equipment to keep quality high and output steady. Throughout the night, you’ll stage raw materials, drive both stand-up and sit-down forklifts, and perform routine quality verifications. If something isn’t right, you’ll troubleshoot, rally support as needed, and use continuous-improvement tools to correct course. You’ll help with changeovers, keep the area organized to 5S standards, perform basic equipment care, and model the AGC Way in every task. At 7 : 00 a.m., you’ll hand off clear notes so the next team can hit the ground running.
